Walsingham Flat Roof Extension

This large 40m2 flat roof extension increased the ground floor space giving the client a large and bright open kitchen and dining space. This is something the house was missing before.

Walsingham Garage Conversion

We converted this small, unused and detached garage into a cosy warm home office. The client had been working from home for a little while and a desk in the master bedroom just was not enough anymore!

The new office is fully insulated and plastered. We replaced the old wooden door with a new UPVC door and window, with full wiring for lights, sockets and an internet supply.

It is even big enough for a sofa bed for when guests come to stay
